We have a team of highly qualified staff, most being graduates in early years and all having considerable experience of working in this sector. Our staff are skilled and qualified in Paediatric First aid, Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENCO, Food Hygiene, Startwell,  Health and Safety, Child Protection and Safeguarding along with numerous other training.

Ofsted Report 2017 noted the following about our staff:

'All staff understand their individual responsibility to keep children safe and know what would constitute a safeguarding concern.  Staff are well qualified and are supported in their ongoing professional development. Staff listen to the views of children, and parents are encouraged to give their thoughts and opinions about the nursery and events.'
